Re-Start Camera Equipment

  1. Unplug the Network Video Recorder (NVR) directly from the back of the NVR. (Do not unplug from the wall, as we often put NVRs on battery back-ups.)
  2. You should hear a beep sound that signals the NVR was turned off. Plug it back in, and another beep should signal that the equipment is back on. Allow the NVR up to 10 minutes to fully turn back on.
  3. Unplug any PoE switches associated with your system. Plug back in, and allow up to 10 minutes for everything to return online.
  4. If your cameras are still offline or if your equipment is still giving you issues, please call us with the number below.
