Defective Cameras Serviced at Ohio State
With over 66,000 students, Ohio State is one of the largest universities in America. The Ohio State Office of Student Services manages the security camera systems for all student residences, dining halls, and student recreational fitness facilities.
Problem: Student Services administration was unhappy with the security camera services provided by a previous vendor, and sought out information from Security Cameras of Columbus. Multiple cameras were not working across several different buildings, which is a security concern for the university.
